In the publication of 1989 the piece of sculpture is attributed to the Iban; in the 2008 catalogue it is attributed to the Kutai area, East Kalimantan. The arms are held in a fashion encountered in the Tunjung area. Uncommon posture, his right hand is holding a sword, his left the penis.
